Innovation@UF was created in 2010 with one solid goal in mind, to inspire student innovation at the University of Florida and beyond (we’re limited to UF due to logistics, we’re not elitist, promise!).  Think of us as the student face for all things entrepreneurial and innovative at UF and Gainesville.

By fostering an entrepreneurial ecosystem.  Wow, what a vague mouthful.  It’s a lot easier to check out the events and resources tabs to get a sense of how we do that.

Let us ask you this.  Were you the kid in elementary school who loved learning new ideas and methods to old problems?  Did multiplication and negative numbers blow your mind (in a good way of course)?  Did you love learning about a new flavor by mixing different drinks?  A new way to tie your shoes?  A new art supply to fuel your imagination.  If so, you’re what the world is looking for to advance it. Innovation is the key to the future and unlocking the impossible. We do it for the passion we have about new ideas, about innovation, and about changing the world.  We want to see you take part in this endeavor as well and we will always be there every step of the way.
